Health improver
nathalie puig jansson
Naturopathy is a holistic and natural approach to well-being.
It aims to support the body's balance and promote vitality through diet, lifestyle and natural methods tailored to each individual. Because we are all unique, yet similar, with different stories
I invite you to join me in relearning how to use and appreciate, with discernment, the resources that nature offers us to boost our energy and cultivate our wellbeing, serenity and vitality.
Which herbal tea is right for you?
Do you have clay at home?
Nature offers us a wealth of solutions to make our lives lighter, gentler and more enjoyable.

The 4 main principles of naturopathy
Primum non nocere
First do no harm.
Vis medicatix naturae
Nature harbors its own healing power.
Tolle causam
Find and treat the cause.
docere
Teach.
Become actor
of your health
Certain imbalances in our bodies can be linked to poor diet, the accumulation of toxins or lack of exercise. Naturopathy encourages us to explore ways of improving our health through diet and lifestyle.
As part of this approach, I can also introduce you to natural remedies such as mother tinctures, plant buds and certain organic medicinal mushrooms..
My approach and themes
