I share here some questions that I am asked regularly.

Here is my first advice. However, I will not undertake to recommend dietary supplements to you outside of a consultation. I need to know more to help you better.

To help you, I advise you first to look at your diet.

Snacking plays an important part in a lot of pathologies. Either he participates in the emergence of some of them, or he maintains it.

Every food intake, no matter how small, is considered snacking.

Ingesting any food while digestion is in progress stops it and forces the body to start from scratch with a new digestion program (different enzymes).

Anything that has not been fully fragmented into amino acids, for example, will pass into the blood in the form of macromolecules, viruses, bacteria, etc. and will mobilize the immune system in the intestine, reducing the defenses immune, promoting allergies, intestinal porosity and other joys.

First thing to look at: your diet.

Do you eat your fruits at the end of meals or close to meals? A very common cause of bloating is eating fruit at the end of meals. Although we have all been taught to eat this way. It is unsuitable for our digestion.

Fruits are not digested in the stomach but in the small intestine. They just pass through the stomach. If they get to the end of a meal, they will get stuck at the top of it and ferment. This creates gas and bloating.

The solution is to take its fruit two hours before a meal. So you get all the benefits without the downsides.

You should know that any food overload, repeated excess, promotes hypertension.

It is necessary to try as much as possible for lunch and dinner to have meals that are easy to digest, such as raw vegetables, pasta or potatoes or quinoa…foods, a protein, one or more vegetables and a dessert that does not add to the meal described above. Dark chocolate is fine then.

For breakfast, it is important to keep in mind that the hormones that affect blood pressure are most active until 12 noon. So any salty food before noon will promote an increase in blood pressure.

For example, a mashed banana in the morning with a hot drink is absolutely perfect.
